In this episode, I talk about how I see strategies- tools, programs, hacks, self-help, diets- now, vs how I did before.
Sometimes we employ a strategy in an effort to feel better, but the stressing and perfectionism around it actually does the opposite. When we're in touch with the peace underneath our minds, we're not frantically solving to fix an unworthy self; we're naturally exploratory and curious, moving towards what is good for us.
