We use the term "stuck" a lot to describe our habits or patterns.

"I feel stuck." Since I work with people around unwanted habits and anxiety, I hear this a lot from new clients.

It's so common, but the way I see it now, it's really a misconception.

See how seeing it as "stuck-ness" actually leads to a feeling of more "stuck-ness."
