Chelsea Gill acts as the gatekeeper for her students. She intervenes literally on her students' behalf. You see Chelsea is the RTI K-12 Coordinator at Oregan Virtual Academy. She serves her students by providing interventions to help make academic gains to help them reach grade-level proficiency. Furthermore, she serves her teachers by providing professional development and resources. I learned so much about instructional strategies that I can't wait to implement into my interventions.
