I don't know about you but I'm genuinely annoyed at wellness influencers acting like being tired is a symptom of living "the wrong way". In this episode I pass on some advice to inspire new perspectives, normalize tiredness, and possibly motivate you to take action. The reframe I share today helps me when I'm *exhausted* but don't have the luxury of external support, a good night's sleep, extra $, etc...
