• The most simple way to explain what manifesting is to tell you that it's goal setting
• However, there are some traps under the spiritual umbrella that will have you spinning your wheels and feeling inadequate. So, question what you've been taught -- not yourself!
• In this episode, I share proven methods of goal setting along with myth busting LOA as it relates to manifesting (aka goal setting) Most people skip adding structure to their goal setting and they think, "it'll just happen"
• It is NOT: - only thinking and only using a vision board - only acting "as if it's already happened" - a way to manipulate people - wanting something so bad it should just magically appear
• It IS: - living with intention and purpose - creating from your heart and soul - a way to have fun and prove to yourself what's possible - a way to create magnetism - a way to create opportunities + increase chance of success
• Reminders: - Have fun! Goal setting is not meant to be an overwhelming experience - Make it a ritual to check in, evaluate and review your manifestations/goals - There is no guarantee. Embrace the process! - Repetition creates mastery so the more you practice the better at manifesting/goal attainment you'll be - Visualizing is effective for identifying what you want, not getting what you want
