Kahoot! is an online game-based learning platform that so far is available in 16 languages. It was launched in 2013 and is listed on the OSLO Stock Exchange. From their headquarters in Oslo and offices on the US, France, Finland, Denmark and Spain they are now over 600 employees, with representation from over 40 different countries.  Through their accelerated growth they serve over 9 mill teachers globally, hundreds of million students and families with participants in 200 countries and regions.

Osama Hanif is Director of Products in Kahoot. He has previously built and led teams in 7 different industries and worked across different cultures in Asia, Europe and North America. With his background from Pakistan as well as his leadership education from MIT he now leads multiple teams in Kahoot. In this episode we discuss how to get diverse teams to work towards a common goal, what choices you need to make and what the "golden nugget" is for Kahoot! It is specially interesting to hear reflections on Norwegian business decision making and reflections on the choices between creativity and effeciency.
