My guest today is Cromwell Ellie - Vice president Global DEI and Talent Management. Cromwell has extensive experience in this field, having worked in several countries and continents. With a Masters in International Business, a Masters in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor`s degree in Sociology, he so kindly shares how his own background has influenced how he approaches his work and how YARA strive to embed Diversity and Inclusion in all business processes.
