Description

Sit with me as we hear from Tina Bell of Anchorage, Alaska. Tina is an Alaska resident who has suffered most of her life from Mental Health disorders. Tina shares the first time she realized that something was not right, and what it was like in her mental health crisis. Tina shares her struggles with depression and suicidal ideations. Tina talks about how inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment and therapy has saved her life. Tina speaks about how art is a form of therapy for her. She speaks about how her feelings and emotions come out in her art. Tina speaks about how photography has helped her see the beauty in life through a lens. Tina talks about how painted rocks have helped her spread mental health awareness in the community and surrounding areas. Tina is a survivor, inspiration, and a conqueror. I am honored to have Tina as a guest and as a member of the Sitting with Sean Family. Enjoy!!!
