Sit with me as we hear from Mike Urban of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mike is a US Army Veteran, a counselor as well as a person in long term recovery. Mike and I share many parallels in our journey, not just through life but in recovery as well. Mike shares what it was like in his active addiction, what happened that led him into recovery and what he is doing now to maintain his recovery.
