Dr. Bethany Rossington (Beth) grew up determined, focused, talented, showed early signs of entrepreneurial traits, and knew exactly what she wanted to pursue as her career - which was to be a dentist !
In this weeks episode we hear how the early goals and beliefs didn't always play out the way Beth had planned, including loosing her sense of "identity", being challenged by mental health issues, switching her career path, giving birth to her second son who had a slim chance of survival and was born with extreme complications and her fight to stay optimistic for weeks whilst her new born son began life on acute ICU children's ward.
The strength she found from her husband, family and very close friends helped Beth get through her life's toughest challenges so far.
Beth also shares how she's learnt to focus and care about, what really matters, and how she's let go of her own limiting beliefs and let go of other peoples unworthy opinions.
