Shruti Kapoor grew up in India encouraged within a male dominated society by her parents to achieve and be independent, she studied hard and got an MBA in investment banking which took her early career into Banking, but Shruti's entrepreneurial flair was drawing her towards Tech, where today she is the Founder of Wingman which provides data and insights from learning from sales conversations to make them better.
Shruti has travelled extensively spending time in Singapore, and currently living in Dubai. She also is a firm believer and campaigner for women's equality at work and shares her insights and knowledge to empower women too (especially in Tech).
