Salma Shah is the Founder of the award winning - "Mastering your Power Coach" training a pioneering coach training framework designed with a wider systemic inclusion, belonging and equality.
Salma has a deep understanding and passion for her specialism, in 1963 her parents moved to the UK from India and at very early age, Salma got incredibly curious and observant towards, differences in cultures, behaviours and nuances that people used in everyday life.
After completing her degree in psychology she found herself in the Tech world where she progressed to become a coach.
18 years ago Salma established her own company, is the author of - Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging in coaching - A practical guide (shortlisted for the Business Book Awards).
