In this episode, I had a lovely chat with Shana Dewitt, who is a business coach and strategist for women. She especially helps women through transitions, which I felt excited to talk about, because transitions can be difficult, even positive ones, and I don’t think that usually gets enough attention.
We talked about preconceived notions about the value of hard work, having the courage to fully step into naming and owning a new role for yourself, and Shana shared some of her favorite prompts for working through limiting beliefs, which made me really happy that our conversation was recorded so I could refer back to it myself. We also found out that we’re both Tauruses who favor both the left and right sides of our brains, which was fun. I think you will enjoy this delightful conversation!
Also, next week I’ll be releasing a new resource I’m really excited about - a PDF workbook called Fuel Your Creative Work with Compassionate Productivity - stay tuned for that!
