It’s easy to get trapped in the idea that productivity means we have to work constantly, and then to feel guilty about breaks and time off, but breaks are essential for replenishing energy and creativity! I’m always pro-break, but during extreme events (like a pandemic) you might need even more breaks than you’re used to. I know, easier said than done, but in this episode you’ll learn what it can look like to integrate more breaks into your work, even in the busiest of schedules, and all of the benefits that come with that.
