My guest today is Mostafa Nageeb.
I’ve known him through the glory days of the first twitter users in Egypt, circa 2010. Back then, Mostafa was a computer science student in Cairo University.
In the past decade, Mostafa went through a very impressive journey. He worked for some remarkable companies including Microsoft in the Cairo office, Booking.com in the Netherlands, before moving to Berlin to work for Zalando & Delivery Hero. Mostafa is now a proud cofounder of his startup Voila for food delivery.
In this episode, we discussed being curious, dealing with his medical condition "Glass Bone Disease" (Osteogenesis imperfecta), entrepreneurship, his projects that didn't work (and the ones that did), being an extrovert, what he learned during the lockdown, his favorite book on salary negotiation and more!
