When I put Good stuff in , I imagine good stuff out. No killing no destruction thoughts but I’m not free I keep imagining shootings and I change them rapidly to a film studio where all actors are laughing after the clip. I must control my mind to good images so I’ll have a good reality. With Gods help. Another tool is cancel, cancel I say cancel cancel to the bad images and they fall of my screen, it will rise again and I say cancel till I win and the bad image stays down. I must train my mind to take control of my thoughts. For out of the thoughts grows life.
