basically, I talk about sleep cycles and how if you wake up on a tail end of a sleep cycle you have a much higher chance to have a lucid dream. So the tail ends of the sleep cycles that you may realistically wake up are :
- 6 hours
- 7.5 hours
- 9 hours
With intervals of about 90 minutes, this is where you dream and a great time to wake up so you can easily remember your dreams.
