Clip in and keep up as Ashletic instructs us on her life from dancing, instructing as well the current challenge in her life becoming a parent and everything that comes with that. Ashley now a mother to Arya grew up in Texas, a Dancer in her adolescence traveling to sunny California in pursuit of her career. An 80's baby whose first concert was New Kids on the Block is now more impactful that ever to her riders. Over the span of her pregnancy Ash still continued her normal routine of instructing at SoulCycle, Barry's Boot Camp and Session Pilates. We discuss children's involvement in their parents relationship which was disregarded as a kid but now being older and understanding that our parents had a life before us.
