As we move into our midlife years, Bec Jakstas believes it’s important not to do too much and as you will hear in today’s episode over the years she has softened into this belief while committing to her own rituals and practices alongside self-compassion. Perhaps easier said than done, however noticing how your body is feeling as you are becoming older is a shift which takes time, practice and conscious effort. Specifically, I talk with Bec today about dry body brushing which is an ancient practice to help lymphatic flow and to release stagnation both in both the body and energetically.
