I recorded this episode a month after coming back from 3 weeks in Bali, where I went to complete my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at House Of Om.
Today, we chat about the topic of Growth and Creativity - what I've learnt about them during my travels throughout Indonesia ;
what does subtle growth look like ? what part do our inherent masculine & feminine energies have to play in the fruits of our inspiration ? how does not having all of the answers actually help you to move past your creative blocks ?
I share with you a journal entry which reveals how creative expression can emerge in the face of overwhelm, and how resistance is actually more often than not the path to and through Creation. After listening to this episode you may see that the fruits of your inspiration lie in the moments of apparent superficiality; the spaces in which we least search for inspiration are the spaces that present to us the most wisdom.
I also love how I had all of the Intention to release this in November... But when the Higher Self calls, you gotta listen! So here we are.
