Today we are diving into: How the hell can I actually wake up earlier?! We're connecting back to our why - what fuels us, what is that spark inside of our Soul that makes us want to leap out of bed in the morning, regardless of what is showing up in our space, because we are committed to ourselves, our happiness and our health, through our practice, to ultimately make our lives better. How to wake up earlier? Well...:

  1. Set your alarm the night before in another room (wherever you begin your day each morning)
  2. "Plan" your morning the night before (merging structure with flow). Make things easier for yourself; e.g. setting your coffee out the night before; laying out the cosy clothes you will change into first thing; deciding that you will start your day with either a meditation or a morning walk beforehand so you know what to expect and the actual waking up, feels far less intimidating.
  3. Having a wind down routine/ritual - reprogramming your subconscious mind in preparation for rest
