- Each person has their own specific nutritional and physiological requirements; you may share "symptoms" that look identical on the surface to someone you know, and yet the likelihood that you require vastly different things to atune to the rhythm of your own body is high. We are not stagnant and bio-individuality also exists varying within us, and is dependent on a multitude of factors.

- Addressing the root of what we are experiencing is the single most important thing to feeling well and being well.

- Seeking holistic help to understand the precision of the inner-workings of your body.
