Naysayers will come fast and furious at you when you decide to sell your own home. Most will be a wolf in sheep’s clothing. The bottom line is this, selling your own home isn’t as hard as people make it out to be and those that tell you different are scared. They don’t like change and fear that they will lose in the end if you are winning.
