Description

The Detroit native, Harvard Law grad, and L.A.-based writer began her career as an attorney in the music industry as an executive at Universal Music Group. She later wrote Black Girls Must Die Exhausted, inspired by her own incredible life experience. With the grassroots success of her first book, Allen adds to the three-part series with the highly anticipated; Black Girls Must Be Magic. In the second installment, Tabitha Walker returns with more of life’s challenges and a happy surprise—a baby—with a bit of help and lots of love from friends old and new. I am over the moon to be able to chat with Jayne and hope the gems shared in our interview inspire listeners to live boldly.
