Today I have on my long time sister and friend, Mady Overmeyer. I’ve gotten to watch Mady’s redemption from the depths of addiction to where she is now as an amazing mama and wifey, chasing her dreams and on the horizon of finishing nursing school.
Today Mady shares some behind the scenes stories of what the fast life is really like, what led to her struggles with addiction, and the way God preserved her life along the way. Mady has been working the 12-step program where they teach you to seek God, or at the very least, something higher than yourself - and as Scripture says, "You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart." - Jeremiah 29:13.
