Dr. Steven Solecki is a physical therapist, educator, and founder of Conquer Movement LLC.
Steven earned his doctorate of physical therapy from Rutgers University in 2013. Prior to graduating, he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). In 2014, immediately following graduation, Steven enrolled in a 2.5 year manual therapy residency program and then completed 440 hours of clinical mentorship to earn the title of Fellow through the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist. He is currently 1 of 56 Fellows in NC, and 1 of 2 located here in Wilmington, NC.
Dr. Solecki’s treatment philosophies focus on identifying the underlying movement dysfunction, searching for the true cause of your symptoms. With the use of his advanced skill sets of joint and soft tissue mobilizations, joint manipulations, integrative dry needling and soft tissue release techniques he focuses on improving mobility, strength, and functional performance.
Steven has spent the past 8 years treating in a sports medicine model, helping those suffering from sports and work related injuries. He is passionate about using his advanced background to help his clients reduce their risk of injury and perform at an optimal level. His goal is to help people relieve their pain, optimize performance, and ultimately, become the best version of themselves. Dr. Solecki never wants a client to have to say “No, I can’t…” when it comes to performing an activity they love. When Steven isn’t working you can find him training jiu-jitsu, working out, hanging at the beach, and exploring all Wilmington has to offer with his dog, Charli.
