In John 6 Jesus says something that dramatically changes the way He was viewed by many who were following Him—a statement that caused many to turn their back and abandon Him. These disciples were walking with the son of God, they were 24 inches away from Eternal Life itself, and they decided that the price was too much.
Jesus tells His disciples that they must fully surrender to Him and receive Him as their only hope.
