In this episode, the girls welcome special guest Frank Moka. Frank is a musician based in Dallas, TX. He sings and composes music; his primary instrument of choice are the drums. He is the touring drummer for Dallas’ very own Erykah Badu. He tours the world making music. The girls swoon over his charismatic style as Khira states she receives this treatment on the regular. Frank cooked for the girls and this interview is the aftermath.
Together, Frank and the girls discuss gender roles and how it affects the Black community. They discuss trying to be valuable to someone who is using you. The conversation included alternative Blackness and dating in the Black community.
