Jen and Kim discuss the topic that so many of us struggle with, the topic of trauma. The two of them take turns telling us about their own personal experiences with trauma and how they dealt with it. Why do traumatic things seem to happen to us? Is it possible to not know you have a trauma and just keep repeating the same failures over and over? The ladies inform us all about how yoga helps release traumas. Isn’t that what we all want to know? Where is it stored and how do we get rid of it?
