Don't label things as good or bad, We just need to stop labeling. If you label things as bad, it feels bad.
And that's what takes you down the rabbit hole. So, you know, things are just information and they either feel good or they don't feel good and they're either what you expect or what you don't expect. You really want to do is invest in the process, not the outcome.
So again, it's that perception of what we think it should be.

A great life is just the accumulation of a bunch of great days and what is a great day The accumulation of a bunch of great moments and great moments are of joy and finding the lesson and overcoming and detachment. Whether you believe you're meant for something better or you believe it's the end of the world, you are right. It's just what you believe.
