In this episode, Taylor defines what a quarter crisis looks like. These are often triggered by important life events such as health problems, finishing school, starting a full-time job, or job loss, and feeling like everyone else around you is achieving things when you are stuck.
In this podcast, I’ve shared some useful points on how to overcome a quarter-life crisis. First, you really cannot compare the start of our journey to someone in the middle of others journey because you don’t know how long they’ve been working. So stop comparing life to others. Stay focus on your goals and what is an arrangement with you. As you go along the way, figure out what is our personality likes to do or what you’re good at.
Some people judge us but don’t mind them. Find a support group in your life like family, close friends because these are the people that will push to achieve your goals. Going through a quarter-life crisis can be absolutely horrible but it’s fine to feel this feeling and remember to always reach out for support.
