Ongoing exposure to a stressful situation can negatively impact our well-being and it is important to find effective healthy ways to manage stress.

In this episode, I will share with you what the overwhelm cycle is and how to overcome it! So, what can you do when you’re feeling overwhelmed? It is important to be able to identify when stress is affecting us in a negative way. Here are some ways to reset it quickly so you can recover and get back to what you need to do.
