We discussed how you can shift self-love into success. The only way to stop the bad cycle of negative thoughts is to shift out of those thoughts and into the heart. Your heart can't be negative. Your heart is looking for connection and growth. Taking the big leap of faith actually shows you the more value that you have for yourself, the more trust you have in yourself.
