A healthy habit is something for you to decide and at least give it try for a week. When we want to make a change we need to stop our mind and tell it to shake off the old path, instead create a new path. It takes focus, time and effort, but if we stick with this “new” idea or action our mind will know we are serious and create a new path for our new way of living. When this starts to happen you have created a habit. I’m always getting asked - “how do I make changes”? There are hundreds of ways we can start improving our lives but the key here is making a choice and sticking to it. I shared this episode for you to pick out small goals, little improvements you can make in your life and actually stick with it.
