At Stockholm Beer & Whisky Hantverksbira Podcast got the chance to talk to Leonard from Uinta Brewing, Salt Lake City (UT). Uinta Brewing is working very hard to be a sustainable company. The year 2001 Uinta became the first company in the state of Utah to be 100% powered by renewable energy. Leonard had the pleasure bring their a beer to the recordning. Their Lime Pilsner which turned out to be a super crushable one suitable for a hot summer day. The philosophy of the brewery is to brew beers that should be considered as the standard and they should be repeatable. Not only in Sweden there are a monopoly for alcohol. In Utah there is the same thing. With the limit is 5% ABV compared to in Sweden 3,5% ABV. Uinta Brewing is available in Sweden via their Swedishimporter Great Brands.
