The Connection Between Entrepreneurship and Mental Fitness: Entrepreneurship requires mental fitness, and part of that is linked to physical health.

I am always searching for ways to help me push my limits and get outside of my comfort zone that also supports my health.

In this episode, I want to share with you my incredible 48-hour fasting journey and how it transformed my mental and physical well-being as an entrepreneur.

Fasting offers numerous advantages, including weight loss, improved metabolic health, enhanced insulin sensitivity, cellular repair, mental clarity, longevity, and potential cancer prevention. It's an excellent tool for those seeking holistic well-being.

This episode was recorded during my first fast in June 2023. As of today, I've successfully fasted for 48 hours more than 5 times.
