Summer Wins:
🏆 We welcomed 47 new members to our coaching programme,
🏆 We have brought a brand new coach onboard (announcement next week),
🏆 We have seen an absolute ridiculous amount of results from our members (the biggest win of them all),
🏆 I completed my photoshoot challenge,
🏆 Travelled Italy,
🏆 Enjoyed a good balance of hard work and downtime.
Summer Lessons:
👨🏫 Summer in the UK is shite,
👨🏫 Ask for help faster (don’t be too proud to admit when you can do with some support),
👨🏫 Its ok to sacrifice in the short term for a long term benefit (the last 6 weeks has been relentless with the business but I wouldn’t have it any other way, September I will take (a little) more time off lol.
👨🏫 The sooner you care less what other people think and focus on you, your mission and what makes you happy, the better.
👨🏫 After drawing 2-2 to Fulham … arsenal are not winning the league 🙃
