In this episode I share with you all about how my births went and if I could go back what I would change and do differently.
What I would change for each birth:
1st Birth: Taken a childbirth class
2nd & 3rd Birth: Hired a doula
4th Birth: Had a support team that supported my goals
5th: Avoid Social Media Mom Groups
*side note: with my fifth baby I would also have had a homebirth because that environment would support my birth goals*
