In this episode, I go over some crucial components to the treatment process, which actually doesn't involve treatment at all! I touch base on the importance of communication and education throughout the entire process of fixing an injury, from the start to the finish.
I even give a few tactics to help increase your client satisfaction and to assure your client does well in-between treatments!
Lastly, I do a little deep talk on why you should never apologize for a client needing more treatment and try to change your perspective on charging exactly what you are worth, if not more!
