Finding peace means recognizing that God, not us, controls the timing of life's seasons. Solomon teaches in Ecclesiastes 3 that there's an appointed time for everything - from birth to death, joy to sorrow - determined by God alone. When facing difficult seasons, instead of asking why God allowed them, we should ask what He wants us to learn. God promises to make everything beautiful in its time and has planted eternity in our hearts. By surrendering to Jesus, accepting our current season, trusting His timing, living with an eternal perspective, and resting in His purpose, we can find peace even in challenging times.
