Crush your weight loss goals in the new year, but don't buy the lie that crushing them will make you "NEW".

The term "New Year, New You" drives me nuts, cause we get so stuck in that "all or nothing" thinking and it frustrates you when you aren't seeing the new you come out in a month. What if you changed up the phrase a bit and say "New Year, Better You"?

Why not just take small steps to becoming the better version of YOU, not a new one. You will only be transformed by the renewing of your mind and not just by the pulling up your boot straps and starving!
