Heather Burris is a barrel racer turned painter, who has morphed her passion for rodeo into her own artistic style. Her art could be best described as western impressionism, combining the people, landscapes, and animals of the western United States into blobs of color on canvas, giving the impression of the objects instead of their literal representation.
