This week we’re joined by Dr. Jacob Tingle, who in the space of 4 years went from “soccer novice” to internationally famous QPR Twitter fan. Jacob takes us through his childhood growing up in the “soccer desert” of 1980s Texas, to falling in love with the R’s at Loftus Road, all the way to being a season ticket holder at San Antonio FC. Jacob’s Desert Island Goals include our first ever NCAA Soccer goal, and also treat us to two momentous moments at the east end of Wembley stadium. Plus, stay to hear a VERY important honourable mention for “the most pivotal moment in US Soccer history.” As ever, please take a minute to leave us a 5 star review, and follow us @DIGoalsPod on Twitter, and @Desert.Island.Goals on Instagram, and follow Jacob @TingleJK on Twitter!
