Mel aka The Melchemist returns from a two-week vacation and she tells us the painstaking, methodical and tedious ways she transformed her body to one from toxicity to functioning at 100 -- using all-natural methods.







We took episode five to one of our favorite parks in Los Angeles, away from the hustle and bustle to truly get into the Don't Touch My Sundays zone.







There were even turtles!



It was a hot and trying day to get up to the top of this steep hill, but it was all worth it, to hear Mel's story of recovery.

Find a naturopath but do your due diligence to find a good one.

Start small, eliminate unnecessary toxins from your diet: sugar, dairy and gluten.

Listen to your body, it will tell you what is wrong and sometimes how to heal yourself.
