The pair met at the start of the 2010 World Cup and reconnected at the final which Shakira performed and Gerard Pique went on to win. They started dating soon after. Their relationship was just so beautiful. World-famous Shakira would often be at the Camp Nou or even oppositions stadiums to watch her man and his teammates play.
She would post him at random times, saying to him how proud she is of him. So, when the Colombian musician stopped posting her boyfriend for some months, fans and the media started to suspect something had gone wrong in the relationship.
