Now we all know that exercise is good for for our health. But for many of us (and I used to include myself in this number) this still isn’t sufficient to get us going. One of the first thing to get straight is it’s not your fault if you are resisting exercise. Our brains are designed first and foremost to protect us and one of the ways it does that is to conserve energy.
So what has exercise ever done for us? Let’s consider a few potential options.
