About Yaw Owusu Jr. :
Yaw is a Vitality Consultant based in NYC and Co-Founded Peak Vitality Solutions. 
For over 15 years Yaw Owusu Jr. has been changing the lives of his clients by helping them optimize their well-being. He implements his training concept known as "Vitality Training System" (VTS) - an algorithm that assesses and applies individual programs to improve Mindset, Nutrition, Sleep, Recovery, and Exercise.
Yaw studied Exercise Physiology at FSU and was a collegiate athlete on both the football and track team. He is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He also has a Sports Nutrition Certification from Precision Nutrition. He's been a wellness consultant and restorative movement specialist that's trained both professional and Division-1 athletes. 
He believes the path to PEAK Vitality should be accessible to all.
