In today's episode I sit down for a casual conversation with my personal training client, Sharyn Alice Murray. Although the title of this podcast is called, The Perfect Client, it could be a bit misleading. Being the perfect client is being imperfect, the difference is being able to pick yourself up quickly and get back in the saddle. It could be poor food choices or not going to the gym among other things, but being conscious of those setbacks and not letting them fester into days, weeks or sometimes years. Sharyn has shown her true dedication despite not always being on point. In the six months of working with her she has shined both mentally and physically.
