In Pt.1 of this truly one of a kind baseball journey, former Cult legend of the St. Louis Cardinals takes us through growing up in the bay area of California, going to A's games, diving into cars, and stumbling into organized baseball as a 12 year old. From there we discuss his High school career where he was even DH'ed for as a senior, his rise and growth as a walk on at Cabrillo College, to finally finding a home and becoming and all time great at Gonzaga University. We hear touching accounts from childhood friends, his college coach Steve Hertz, and his college teammate Jared Hertz. In pt. 2 we will go into Bo starting his pro career as we build towards his iconic magic moment in the show.
