Jordan holds a post-graduate law degree and has used his legal knowledge to dig through the Misinformation & Disinformation legislation being proposed by the Federal Government.
We analyse what the legislation will mean for content creators, commentators and social media platforms and how their content may be curtailed.
We also discuss the difficulty in defining what is misinformation, or disinformation, or indeed, what is truth itself, as it is often subjective.
Finally, we discuss the recent rebranding of the Liberal Democrats into the Libertarian Party and the confusion related to that decision and the confusion with Libertarianism generally.
